Ross Y. Limjoco
Co-Founder & Chairman
Ross is a highly experienced professional with decades of knowledge and leadership across multiple industries in both local and international markets. His background covers a wide range of areas including assurance, corporate and financial advisory, corporate secretarial services, Pre-IPO and IPO consulting, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and tax advisory.
Currently, Ross serves as the Managing Partner at Anchorage Assurance, a boutique audit firm based in Singapore. In addition to his audit partner sign-off responsibilities for a diverse client base—ranging from publicly listed to privately owned companies—he has significant experience as a Reporting Accountant for several IPOs on the Singapore Exchange, including R144A offerings. His work also includes providing due diligence, corporate finance, valuation, and M&A support services.

Managing Partner
Atty. Rommell D. Lumagui
Co-Founder & Vice Chairman
Rommell is the Chief Legal Officer for several corporations, providing legal, tax, and strategic support. He also advises government agencies such as the Department of Trade and Industry and the National Bureau of Investigation. He founded a law office specializing in corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, litigation, and real estate taxation. He co-founded Yespinoy Foundation, which offers scholarships, and Artikulo Tres Human Rights Alliance, a nonprofit partner of the Commission on Human Rights. He contributed to the review of the Eddie Garcia Bill, now enacted as Republic Act No. 11996.
From 2014 to 2018, Rommell was a consultant to the Senate of the Philippines and the House Committee on Ways and Means. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines and an MBA from De La Salle University. He earned his law degree from Far Eastern University and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University. He is a member of the Philippine Bar, a Certified Public Accountant, and a licensed real estate service practitioner.
